Practical information
EXPERIENCE
The Santa Claus visit is made up of groups of 4 to 8 people. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes to complete.
PERSONALIZATION
Once you've purchased your ticket, you'll be invited to fill out a questionnaire to personalize your visit with Santa Claus.
WEATHER
Nör mostly takes place outside. So dress warmly!
FOOD
A holiday-themed menu is available on site. Bringing food and beverages on site is not permissible.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Pictures will be taken during your visit with Santa Claus and will be available afterwards.
PETS
Pets are unfortunately not permitted on the premises.
