These terms and conditions govern the use of the experiencenor.com website and visits to the Nör experience (“Nör”, “we”). By using the site or buying a ticket, you accept these terms.
Tickets are sold online through Peek, our ticketing platform, under its own terms of sale. Each ticket is valid for the date and time chosen at purchase. Prices are shown at the time of booking.
The Santa Claus visit is made up of groups of 4 to 8 people. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes to complete.
Cancellation, refund and date change conditions are those shown at the time of booking. For any request, write to us at info@experiencenor.com.
If Nör has to cancel a visit, for example due to extreme weather or for safety reasons, we will contact you to offer another date or a refund.
We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before your scheduled visit with Santa to make the most of the activities on the site.
If you arrive late, your visit may need to be moved to another time slot, depending on availability.
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll be invited to fill out a questionnaire to personalize your visit with Santa Claus. Please fill it out before your visit so Santa can get ready.
Pictures will be taken during your visit with Santa Claus and will be available afterwards.
The shop is located on site. We accept both debit and credit cards.
The 10% discount offered to newsletter subscribers applies to purchases made in the shop only and is valid until December 24, 2026.
The journey takes place on outdoor trails in winter. Please be careful and follow staff instructions. To the extent permitted by law, Nör is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged on site.
The text, illustrations, logos and photos on this site belong to Nör or its partners. They may not be reproduced without permission.
We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate, but schedules, prices and activities may change.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

B) By purchasing a ticket and accessing the Nör venue, visitors acknowledge and agree that they may be photographed or filmed during the event. Such images may be used by Nör and its partners for informational, communications, or promotional purposes, in any medium and without time limitation, without requiring any additional authorization or providing any compensation.
C) Without limiting the foregoing, Nör makes no representations or warranties whatsoever that:
i) the information appearing on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, timely, or up to date;
ii) the website will meet your needs or expectations;
iii) the website is free of errors, secure, uninterrupted, or free from delays or service interruptions;
iv) the results obtained through the use of the website will be accurate or reliable;
v) the quality of any services or information provided through the website, or the services or information themselves, will meet your expectations;
vi) the servers hosting the website are free of viruses or other malicious components, including those accessible through hyperlinks to third-party websites or from such websites; or
vii) any errors that may appear on the website will be corrected.
D) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the website is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the download or acquisition of any such material.
Accordingly, you (and not Nör, any member of its group, any of their respective licensors, or any third party with whom Nör may partner from time to time) shall bear the entire cost of any technical assistance, repairs, or corrections that may be required.
E) Without limiting the foregoing, no advice or information obtained by you from Nör or through the website or the service, whether orally or in writing, shall create any warranty not expressly set forth in these Terms of Use.
This site may link to other sites, such as our ticketing platform Peek or our social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
