1. Who we are

The experiencenor.com website (the “site”) is operated by Nör (“Nör”, “we”), an experience located within the Parcours du Cerf grounds, at 2500, boul. Fernand-Lafontaine, Longueuil, QC J4N 1M5.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

2. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

Nör’s management is in charge of the protection of personal information. You can reach them at info@experiencenor.com with any question, request or complaint about your personal information.

3. Information we collect

Newsletter: your name and email address, when you fill out the sign-up form.
Ticket purchases: the information requested by our ticketing platform, Peek, such as your name, email and booking details. Payment is processed by Peek, under its own terms.
Personalized visit: after your purchase, you are invited to fill out a questionnaire to personalize your visit with Santa Claus. It may ask for information about the child, such as their first name and wishes. This information is provided by the parent or guardian and is used only to prepare the visit.
Photos and video: pictures are taken during your visit with Santa Claus and made available afterwards. Visitors may also be photographed or filmed during the event, and these images may be used by Nör and its partners for promotional purposes, as described in section 11 of our Terms and conditions.
Communications: the information you share with us when you write to us.
Browsing data: only if you agree, Google Analytics collects data about how you use the site, such as pages visited, device type and approximate region. See section 5.

4. Why we use it

To manage your booking and welcome you on site.
To prepare a personalized visit with Santa Claus.
To send you our newsletter and offers, if you signed up.
To answer your questions.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, if you agree.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. These cookies are turned off by default. They are only turned on if you click “Accept” in the consent banner.

Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and any analytics cookies already set are deleted. To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

The site is hosted by Webflow, which may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and stay secure.

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share your information with the service providers that help us run our services, and only what they need:

Webflow, for site hosting and form submissions.
Google, for Google Analytics, if you agree.
Peek, for ticket sales and payment processing.
Our email service providers, for sending the newsletter.

Some of these providers may store information outside Quebec, including in the United States. We make sure this information is adequately protected.

7. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. When it is no longer needed, we destroy it or make it anonymous.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link included in every email.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. Access is limited to the people who need it for their work.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Write to us at info@experiencenor.com. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

10. Children

Information about a child under 14 is collected from their parent or guardian, with their consent.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
